Ingredients:
  • 150ml Limone Sciroppi Limoncello
  • 150ml White Rum
  • 50ml Cream*
  • 50ml Milk*
  • 60ml (4 tbs) Vanilla Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
  • Ice

* For a dairy-free alternative, replace the cream and milk with coconut milk.

Vanilla Simple Syrup Recipe:

  1. Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence to the saucepan.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  4. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
  5. Your simple syrup is now ready to use! Store any extra syrup in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Lemon Meringue Martini

Serving Suggestion: Serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream (optional).

Preparation:
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add the limoncello, rum, cream, milk, and vanilla syrup to the cocktail shaker
  3. Shake the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Strain the liquid into a martini glass
  5. Garnish with whipped cream (optional)
