Shipping & Delivery

  1. Order Tracking:

You will receive your parcel waybill number in your shipping confirmation sent by email.

  • SHIPPING UPDATE: December and other high sales volume peak periods (Black Friday).

Due to the high influx of online orders during Black Friday and the December gifting season, there might be additional delays from the distillery and couriers. Tracking and delivery can take a little longer than usual.

Due to the increase in sale orders – note delivery times:

Main Centres (CPT, DBN, PE, JHB, PTA, BFN): up to 10 working days (8 am – 5 pm)

Regional and Remote Areas: up to 14 working days (8 am – 5 pm)

We appreciate your patience during this busy holiday period. Together with our couriers, we will do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.


Local – Main Centres (CPT): 2 working days (8 am – 5 pm). Regional & Remote Areas up to 4 working days.

Standard – Main Centres (BFN, DBN, JHB PE, PTA): 2 – 4 working days (8 am – 5 pm). Regional & Remote Areas up to 8 working days.

  • Delivery Options

Our courier partners deliver door-to-door to your preferred address. 

Economy delivery is FREE for orders over R500. 

The standard shipping rate for orders that are less than R500 is R75.

  • Change of Shipping Details

Stingray Spirits is unable to make address changes once an order has been placed. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • International Shipping

Stingray Spirits is currently unable to ship internationally.

  • Missing, Broken, or Damaged Goods

In the event that:

  • You do not receive your order, or if,
  • Your order is damaged or broken,

Please contact us directly. Please ensure that you include your order number and details of the shipment error.

Returns Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed to qualify for a refund if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.

  • Changes to Orders

We are unable to accept changes to orders once payments have been made and orders have been confirmed.

  • Sale Items

Customers are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges for items bought during a sale. In the event that items are damaged in transit, Stingray Spirits will accept returns for exchange.

  • Refund Process

Refunds are made through our payment provider, Payfast.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the client’s request.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. 

  • Refund and Returns Policy

The provision of goods and services by Stingray Spirits is subject to availability. In the event that products or services are unavailable, Stingray Spirits will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Damaged, lost, or stolen parcels, where the fault lies with the courier, as well as defective products, will be replaced by Stingray Spirits.
